Please call between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except Holidays) to make an appointment. Outside these hours please click here or send us an email to request an appointment online.

As this is a Specialist clinic, you will require a referral from either your General Practitioner or another Specialist Physician before seeing Dr Hsu.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill in a detailed health questionnaire. This greatly assists Dr Hsu to understand more fully your entire medical status rather than just details of your spine problem.

When you come for your appointments, please remember to bring the following

• Referral letter from your General Practitioner or other Specialist Physician
• Copies of previous surgeries
• X-rays, MRIs or CT scans
• A list of all medications that you are currently taking
• A list of any known drug allergies and the symptoms you may have from taking these medicines

Consultation Fees:

All consultations with Dr Hsu are to be paid in full on the day of service. For a list of fees please speak with the Practice Manager on 1300 975 800. We accept cash, EFTPOS, visa and MasterCard. Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not accept cheque, AMEX or Diners.

To cancel an appointment:

Please cancel at least 1 day prior if possible so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.
